Brant is situated on the ground floor of Deloraine Holiday Homes which is accessed directly from the car park. The fully equipped modern kitchen has all the home comforts, including fridge / freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, grill and microwave.

From here you reach the very spacious studio style living room that incorporates the living area, double bed and dining table. The room also features a striking Edwardian bay window. There is a TV and DVD, which can be viewed from the easy chairs or sofa. Oak Furniture in the room includes bedside drawers, large wardrobe, side tables, coffee table and dining table. This delightful studio room looks out on to the gardens and grounds.

The shower room is spacious and features a quarry-tiled floor with a walk-in shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
