The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with a four-poster double bed, one with twin single room and a deluxe double convertible bed in the living room therefore sleeping 6 persons comfortably (although we accept up 4 persons if a member of the party is wheel chair bound or has a large amount of equipment). All Bed-linen is provided.

The level bathroom has a wheel-in modern electric shower, hand rails, safety non-slip flooring, mobile shower chair with support arms, toilet with wide access and support rails.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, Washing machine and tumble drier facilities, electric heaters throughout plus additional heaters in each room. Please note that corridors and doors are extra wide for wheelchair access.

There is ample dining area for up to 6 adults and the comfortably furnished sitting area has a wide-screen TV and DVD player. The cottage has delightful views over the gardens and landscaped grounds. The cottage has a private car park which is both conveniently close and on level ground that provides easy access to the door. Guests can sit back and enjoy a drink on the sun terrace or in the Conservatory.

Please note the cottage is not suitable for all terrain wheelchairs/scooters for use out side, Please check the dimensions below or ring/email for advice on suitability.
